Little Lou is Blackstar Lane’s local dentist and surgeon. Along with his sister, Mini Liu the Butcher, Nanna Lou the Midwife and Pa Lou the Apothocary, the Lou family can house all medical needs under one roof at number 10.
Little Lou’s imposing frame doesn’t help those who are afraid of the dentist, but it is well known that he is the best in the Dock Ward.
