Afa and Ma’s only child, Billy has always know a life of privileged protection and crime. Unlike his father, Billy has grown violent and impulsive, often taking actions that the family has to rectify after the fact.
Officially, Billy has never committed a crime, but it is known that he has extorted, assaulted and even killed a number of residents of Blackstar Lane.
He has been raised with Afa’s adopted children, Arbour and Trish. The three of them have been in competition to be the heir of the family. However, there has been many observations that Arbour and Billy’s relationship has fallen apart over the last fews years. Since the death of his father, Billy and his number 2, Horman, have taken complete authority over a number of the most violent and unpredictable members of the Blade Family.
During Afa’s Funeral, Billy was publicly embarrassed when the Family Blade was switched out for a blunt one. Billy has been hell bent of finding out how was responsible ever since.
Billy is desperate to prove himself, and the new head of the upstart Watchers Gang Alfon, has offered the exact opportunity Billy has been waiting for.
