Officer Roderic or “Rodders” is the last of the City Watch that walks the beat through Blackstar Lane. Ever since the death of Sgt. Folkerk Hollybeard by the hands of Afa Blade, the City Watch do not have a presence in the lane.
This slow and old Tortle, continues their watch, but no one knows why they are allowed to do so.
Long with his short legs and long outstretched voice, Rodders most important weapon against the enemies of Justice is his trusty Whistle.
